Zoom H2 Nikon D3100 Test

A quick field test with the Zoom H2 Recorder and the Nikon D3100. Bursaman strumming some Christmas Carols. Again the microphone/recorder placement could have been alot better. The Zoom H2 is another really affordable stereo recorder from Zoom. I love mine, and if you are torn between the Zoom H1 and the Zoom H2 its a really simple decision. Get the Zoom H2, its only about 40 dollars more and come with the foam windscreen. The Zoom H2 does come with a foam windscreen you have to purchase one separately. I have both and use both.

About the first half of this video the audio was recorded with the onboard camera mic of the Nikon D3100 and it sounds pretty good. Then you will see my dip in and begin recording on the Zoom H2. 48/16 (2 CH) 90 and 120 stereo mics.
